I knew this would get to me sooner or later. I promise to do it, but absolutely no promises on when it'll be finished. :-)
(You're good at math -- figure this out: If everyone has to pick three people to appoint to do this, how long before everyone will have done it, and folks assigned to do it can't think of three people they know who have not already done it...)
